The Coloring Odyssey
I thought I would show you the way I color a whole set of cards starting at the beginning. I will add photos as I finish. This is how they all start out, with a page torn from the book. I don't recommend trying to color them in the book. A loose page is much easier to manipulate but a single card is hard to hold down, so I leave them in the page format until time to use the gel markers. This is my isolation box where all the colors that will be used in every card is placed so I can't use them in the body of the card and distract from the edging and main elements, swords, cups, wands or pentacles. The first thing I color in is the main element which in this case is the swords. Then I add the flesh tones to make it easier to color around them. Then I move on to the sky tones which are from my prismacolor box.
